Key members of this team include:

Mimi Brooks
President and CEO

Mimi Brooks has spearheaded LDS' growth with her focused vision and inspirational style. Since she founded the company in 1990, Mimi has led LDS in supporting the evolving needs of our Fortune 500 client base. She is a former AT&T executive with a career-spanning focus on how people interact with information systems. Mimi is a frequent speaker and author on topics such as the design and implementation of enterprise portals, creating an effective e-business model, and the importance of usability in interface design. Often recognized for her leadership, Mimi has been named New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.

David W. Stoltzfus
Chief Operating Officer

David Stoltzfus, a 25-year veteran of the information technology industry, leads LDS in the practical application of technology to business solutions. Dave heads all of LDS' service delivery efforts. He was formerly Chief Technologist of The Vanguard Group of Investment Companies. He frequently makes presentations on topics such as enterprise portals, Web architecture, online customer service, and selecting the optimal portal development team.

E. Bruce Lovenberg
Chief Financial Officer

Bruce has established the financial controls and strategies that have enabled LDS to grow as a private business while maintaining the company's historic and ongoing financial health. Responsible for strategic planning, treasury and budgeting, Bruce joined LDS from Ernst & Young. A certified public accountant and a member of both the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), he has chaired NJSCPA's Technology Task Force, Technology Advisory Group, and Internet Strategy Committee.

Kevin Casey
Vice President, Marketing and Sales

Kevin joined LDS in 1999 after almost two decades as a consultant with three firms, including 12 years at Booz Allen Hamilton. After spending five years as LDS' vice president in charge of human resources, Kevin was reassigned to apply his consulting background to work with LDS' project teams to ensure that our existing clients receive the full benefit of LDS' services. As part of this role, Kevin is also responsible for developing much of LDS' marketing collateral, including LDS' annual report, A Perspective on People and Process in Portals. Kevin also serves on the board of Rebuilding Together, Morris County, New Jersey.

Eric Dalessio
Vice President, Client Services

Eric joined LDS in 1999, quickly assumed technical leadership roles, and has provided invaluable service to dozens of clients. Eric has extensive knowledge and experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise portal solutions to the Fortune 500. Today, he serves as an Executive Sponsor with some of our key clients. Eric holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University.

John Fee
Vice President, Marketing and Sales

John joined LDS in 1999 as interim COO. Focusing on developing best practices and processes for service delivery, he is now in charge of LDS' strategic expansion into new markets and partner relations. Before joining LDS John was a vice president of Thomson Consulting, a division of information provider The Thomson Corporation, where he was responsible for operations and organizational strategies for the Northeast Region. Earlier in his career, John was the CIO at Gemini Consulting, a division of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Len Genovese
Senior Vice President

Len brings over 12 years of management consulting and technology expertise to LDS and leads LDS' efforts to provide our Fortune 500 clients with interactive technology strategy, blueprinting and implementation services. Previously, he managed LDS' Communications Industry Practice, developing such client relationships as AT&T, Winstar Communications, and Verizon. Prior to joining LDS, Len was with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for the development of high impact customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and organizations. Len earned a BBA in Finance from George Washington University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Anand Shah
Vice President, Client Services

Anand focuses on ensuring that our best practices and capabilities continue to exceed our Fortune 500 clients' needs and expectations. With over ten years of knowledge and experience in management and technology consulting, Anand advises our clients on e-business architecture, technology selection, infrastructure rollout and the impact of technology decisions to their business goals. He received an M.S. in Computer Science degree from both Rutgers University and the University of Poona, Pune, India.

Marilynne White
General Counsel

Marilynne, as the chief legal officer, has created a business-focused legal environment that provides LDS the flexibility to maximize business opportunities while maintaining an effective governance program over legal issues such as compliance and risk assessment. With a philosophy based on moving legal issues up-front into the business functions and nurturing a responsive partnership culture, LDS' legal department is able to effectively maintain this environment. Marilynne is admitted and licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Florida and the District of Columbia as well as the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of International Trade.
