Our Commitment to Community
Because we are collaborative in how we work, it's natural that we see ourselves as a community – a community of learners. We have Lunch & Learn Sessions, which are one way we share with each other our knowledge about business and technological trends. LDS Account Days are when we present projects we've been working on to our LDS colleagues. When it comes to the "lighter side," we are a community that knows how to have fun! The LDS Holiday Party is second to none. We organize a potluck luncheon to celebrate the winter holidays, and informal celebrations for successful project completions and a job well done!
We're also committed to communities where we work. We have an annual food drive, which supports the Interfaith Food Pantry in Morristown in the fall of each year. In the spring, we spend a weekend working with Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to helping low-income homeowners, through home renovation and repair.
