Scope of this position
- This position is responsible for providing thought leadership and strategy within the User Experience practice as well as establishing long-term partner relationships with LDS clients.
- In preparing for this role, the candidate will have worked in a consulting environment for a minimum of seven years.
- The role requires an in-depth knowledge of user experience solutions as part of an overall business strategy in the B2E environment.
- This position reports to the Director, User Experience from a discipline perspective and to the Executive Sponsor from an engagement perspective.
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Consult with existing clients and support the acquisition of new clients by promoting the value of user research and information architecture in project and business development contexts.
- Lead and grow existing client relationships and account teams.
- Facilitate subject matter interviews and other structured information gathering sessions with executives and senior management in Global 1000 firms.
- Produce detailed user experience strategy documents in support of enterprise and process portal initiatives.
- Demonstrate success in developing user experience strategies and managing complex projects.
