Marsh & McLennan and LDS Earn Ragan Award Honors
LDS and Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) collaborated closely on the strategy, design and implementation of MMC’s
Colleague Connect enterprise portal. Launched in late 2014, this solution has already dramatically affected company operations by improving the access, knowledge-sharing and engagement of MMC’s managers and employees.
It should be no surprise, then, that
Colleague Connect captured the year’s Ragan
Employee Communications Honorable Mention Award for Value to Employees, presented in the spring of 2015. The Ragan Awards seek to identify the organizations that “set the industry standard for great employee communications.”
