Portals are all about enabling relationships — with and among employees, partners and providers, and customers. As businesses transform and evolve, the importance of leveraging technology to profoundly connect people to a company’s most important initiatives becomes paramount to ensure the portals’ overall success.
As part of our User Experience and Usability Assessment services, we apply a range of quantitative and qualitative methods and measures to analyze and assess users’ preferences and perceptions, and assess their readiness to understand and apply concepts, perform tasks, accomplish goals, and adopt the site in the context of their everyday work.
Most of our work in advancing the user experience is an integral part of our Portal Design. We do, however, provide those services on an "a la carte" basis when user experience assessment or innovation is required as a service. Here, we bring a variety of protocol, best practices and techniques to assess the likely gaps between an "as is" and "to be" state relative to successful and optimized user adoption.
