Indeed, anyone who isn’t directly building AIs may be intimidated by their undeniable complexity. However, best practices in content strategy are conducive to collaboration with AI technology. We just need to be conscious of the parts of our job that help AIs so that we know how indispensable content strategy can be in an AI-first digital experience. Structured content and strong information architecture, for example, provide machines with proper training data.
