### Driving growth through a transformative manager experience

For any business, keeping up with the fourth industrial revolution is daunting. For one that's been leading the global banking industry for over a century, digital transformation is a multi-year mission that touches every aspect of the organization and its people, from the top down. As their strategic partner, we advised our client to start with a new vision of leadership and a new digital experience for people managers. 

We helped them define a strategy to empower managers in sharing new ideas and nurturing talent. The goal was to place new cultural initiatives into action, giving people personally relevant and perennially useful ways to adopt new work practices – always aligned to the strategic priorities of the business.

Through our collaborative, iterative design methodology, we designed and implemented a manager experience that serves as the go-to destination for knowledge, communications, and decision support to attract, develop, and retain global talent. It connects managers to specialists and to each other globally. Today, across geographic and organizational barriers, all managers have access to resources and assistance that help their teams succeed.

The result is an award-winning platform that realizes new organizational capabilities crucial to digital transformation. It helps managers understand the importance of great leadership to business growth, and equips them with the tools and know-how to make an impact.
