Senior Visual Designer

The Role

As an LDS Senior Visual Designer, you eat, sleep and breathe good design. You’re passionately creative, you have a solid understanding of the latest design trends and techniques and you’re not afraid to ask questions, of your team or the client, in order to deliver the best possible solution. You’re comfortable leading design discussions with project teams and clients (brands that everyone has heard of by the way) and confidently explaining how the design concept ties back to the strategy. You know that good experiences cater to users on devices of all sizes and you don’t throw around terms like responsive, optimized and mobile-first without fully understanding the ins-and-outs of each. And your workspace features some of the best swag this side of the Mississippi.
