On November 9th, Mimi Brooks keynoted The Conference Board’s 13th Annual Organizational Design Conference in New York to approximately 100 executives and practitioners. Her topic concentrated on the challenges facing companies today that find themselves in the midst of digital disruption. Mimi started with her perspectives on the impacts that the Fourth Industrial Revolution has on companies and moved to the topic of the DNA of a Digital Organization. From this point in the presentation, Mimi made recommendations on the digital and enterprise capabilities required to build the digital organization.
