Jared Spool on the future of design and what it means for user experience – June 7th with the IxDANNJ at Logical Design Solutions

The IxDANNJ and Logical Design Solutions are very proud to announce that the June 7th meeting will be led by none other than Jared Spool, the maker of Awesomeness at Center Centre/ UIE.

For his talk, entitled, The Evolution of a New UX Design Resolution, Jared will take us deeper into design than most of us typically go… dare to go… to a level of design beyond the organization. He will explore this new level with us, showing us how we’ll need to start designing beyond organizational boundaries, and what that implies. He’ll introduce us to the pioneers of this new design area and explain the process by which designers everywhere will need to develop their expertise.

In the 39 years Jared’s been in the tech field, he’s worked with hundreds of organizations, written two books, published hundreds of articles and podcasts, and tours the world speaking to audiences everywhere. When he can, he does his laundry in Andover, Massachusetts. His school Center Centre, started with Leslie Jensen-Inmen, is dedicated to creating industry-ready User Experience Designers. UIE is Center Centre’s professional development arm, dedicated to understanding what it takes for organizations to produce competitively great products and services.

For those of us who follow Jared, it will be an honor to listen and learn from him in an intimate setting and then be able to network and talk about our shared passion of ensuring that the experiences we create provide meaning and value to their audiences. For those who are new to Jared’s work – wow, just wow, what a night will be in store for you!
