LDS presented a perspective on security requirements and experience needs in digital-first enterprise solutions to the New Jersey Tech Council.
In our view, security is a primary consideration when designing and architecting enterprise solutions. Building digital-first solutions introduces a new set of security implications and experience expectations that are not necessarily congruent.
During the presentation we introduced key elements of the problem and how to apply a behavioral model within the design process to ensure security compliance while also delivering on the consumer-grade, cross-channel solution expectations of the modern business consumer.
