Mimi Brooks to Conduct Masterclass at Select HR Tech in Las Vegas

Thought-leader and business transformation expert Mimi Brooks, CEO of Logical Design Solutions (LDS), will be conducting a Masterclass entitled “Designing Worker Experiences in the Digital Organization” at the Select HR Tech Conference, June 9th – 11th in Las Vegas.

In this engaging and interactive masterclass, attendees will explore how the human-machine relationship will redefine and redesign work as we know it. They will discover the demands of new work practices optimized for the digital organization. Work practices that will encourage workers by promoting customer-centricity, teamwork, and demanding networked and agile business practices.

The emerging organization will be more horizontal, more dynamic, and porous inside and out — challenging everyone to embrace and adapt to these changing structures, relationships , and expectations. This masterclass will probe the role HR will play in the design of new work; what people need to be successful in their new relationships with machines; how leaders will lead in this new age of work; and how we can align the mindsets and behaviors needed in reliable, informal work practices that will be the “glue” in the new digital organization.
