LDS VP to Discuss Realizing Digital Transformation Through New Work Practices

On May 10th, Logical Design Solutions’ Vice President of Business Strategy and Design, Brad Ivie, will discuss Realizing Digital Transformation Through New Work Practices at the DISRUPT / Northern NJ conference. The premise for Brad’s discussion is that digital business needs to consider new work design in the business value chain. “We’re observing that companies are challenged to get real value out of the digitalization of their ecosystems while digitalization has opened up new possibilities for new work” says Brad.

DISRUPT features ten spirited five-minute presentations (think “mini-TED Talks”) on the future of work, delivered by professionals driving innovation in human/work design, culture, and experience. Other speakers joining Brad are:

  • Michele Siekerka, New Jersey Business and Industry Association President CEO
  • Beverly Tarulli, Vice President – Human Capital Strategy & Workforce Analytics, PepsiCo
  • Wendy Branche, Vice President – Talent Management & Engagement, ITT Corporation
  • Regina Hourigan, Manager – Innovation Capability at Colgate-Palmolive

  • Bruce Molloy, Chief AI Officer, Springboard.ai (contributor to Forbes magazine on machine learning)

In addition to the talks, the event offers:

  • An opportunity to network with the more than 200 professionals
  • And, a chance to win two tickets to the Broadway show Hamilton, courtesy of Quantum Health.
